From its distinctive alpine towers and buttercup yellow facade to the old world craftsmanship and exquisite artisan finishes found throughout its interiors, every detail of this luxury residence club exudes classic European elegance.

Given the nationwide economic crisis at the time, every effort was made to minimize the project budget while maintaining the premium quality construction and finish standards that the developer, Vail Resorts Development Group, is known for. To that end, Hammerton crafted 1300 fixtures in 40 unique yet cost-effective European-inspired designs for the 71 luxury residences, fitness facility, spa, common areas, and porte cochere. Despite the project's size and complexity, the entire lighting package was delivered within budget and on schedule, with virtually no service orders.
